PARKING
At the moment, we have enough parking spaces in our car park for each room or cottage to arrive with one vehicle. If you are intending to have more than one car, please contact us in advance of your stay. We will allocate additional space when we are able to, but we cannot guarantee that possibility, especially during summer weekends when we are more likely to be fully booked.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 8:30AM-10:30AM
We offer a locally sourced and organic continental buffet breakfast with pastries and other baked goods, toast, a selection of charcuterie meats and cheeses, yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, and a variety of tea and coffee. We are not offering cooked breakfasts or fry ups at this time, but are hoping to do so in the future.
We are able to host guests with gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan dietary needs, provided you let us know in advance.
AMENITIES
We are so happy that you’ve enjoyed our soap/shampoo/slippers/towels/teacups/artwork/decor/etc., but unfortunately, you will not be able to take any of our amenities home with you. If you decide to do so, we will need to invoice you for anything that has been removed from the property. As a small, family run business, we simply cannot afford to constantly replace these things, some of which are antiques or collected during our travels.
DAMAGES
We understand that mistakes happen, but if for some reason towels, linens, furniture, or other items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for reimbursing the costs to replace them. In the event this were to happen, we will provide evidence in a timely manner and invoice you accordingly. This will only apply to stains, breakages, or other issues that would not have occurred through normal wear and tear.
PETS
As much as we love dogs and other furry friends, we cannot have any pets on site due to our liability insurance. They are not allowed on the grounds or in any of the rooms/cottages, so please do not bring them.
CHILDREN
Both of our self catered cottages are great for children and we have tons of space for them to run around and play outside, as well as a few local public foot paths for adventures. A local farmer often brings sheep to graze in our fields, as well, which children love to watch.
